Sunny Hill Villa is located in Koszarica on the road between Sunny Beach and the center of Koszarica, surrounded by the foothills of the Stara Planina mountain range. The architecture of the object is planned in the Bulgarian style, where the villas on the ground floor levels are finished in stone and the floors contain wooden elements.
