We are present in Bulgaria the whole year, working from offices in Sunny Beach and Sozopol, with both Polish and Bulgarian citizens on staff. We cover almost the entire Bulgarian Black Sea coast - and the apartments we manage appear on dozens of booking sites around the world.

More than ten years of experience have given us a deep understanding of the market and the right tools to operate in it. We've built our own systems for renting and partner management - and Bulgarian hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Most of the apartments under our care come to us by recommendation from other owners.
