Imperial Heights COMPLEX: This family-style villa and apartment complex is finished to one of the highest standards. It will also meet the requirements of demanding guests. The beautiful location on a hill with uninterrupted views of the Black Sea makes this complex a great place for those who value peace. This exclusive property is located in a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by trees, where all residents have free access to mini golf courses. The complex has, of course, an adult and children's pool. Around the pool there are deckchairs and sunshades for common use. Also tables with chairs for complete relaxation. We especially recommend to sit there in the evening, when the moonlight rises literally over the surface of the Black Sea and reflects its glow in its waters. A magical, romantic experience, and how real and possible to fulfill. For the convenience of those relaxing in the zone with active coffee machines, also two washing machines, a tennis table and a gym with basic equipment.

The complex is about 300 or 700 meters, it depends on what route we will go grocery store with the necessary products, as well as at the exit to the complex bus stop, from which you can get to Sunny Beach.

The three-room apartment in the 26-storey villa in the Imperial Heights complex is distinguished by spacious rooms and functional equipment. It is an ideal choice for a holiday stay for a large family or six friends. A very big advantage of the villa is the balcony on the ground floor and on the first floor. It will be a perfect place for evening relaxation over wine and a refreshing morning with a cup of aromatic coffee.

The rooms are cozy and kept in bright colors. They create very good conditions to relax after a day out in the air. The apartment consists of two bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a separate kitchenette on the ground floor. In the first bedroom guests have a double bed (cm 160x190), in the second there are two single beds that can be joined together 2x(cm 80x190). The living room has a double convertible sofa for 2 people (140x190 cm).

The villa has a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your own meals. There is a kettle, hob, oven, microwave and large fridge. An undoubted advantage of the location of the villa in the complex is also the fact that there is a washing machine that everyone can use. Also in the villa, there is a TV set in the living room, which will make the youngest vacationers rest more pleasant after an eventful day.

On the first floor by the rooms there is a bathroom with shower and on the ground floor there is a separate toilet. The rooms are tiled and have ventilation.
