PRICE FOR BOOKING - PREPAYMENT?

The reservation fee is 25% of the price for the entire stay. Information about the amount of the booking fee is received by email after the employee confirms the reservation. The payment can be made by bank transfer in PLN or EUR, or by credit card (2.3% card fee) in PLN or EUR.

The remaining amount is payable when collecting keys on the spot in Bulgaria in EUR. Possibility of making a reservation fee and / or total card payment including operator fee.

DOES THE PRICE ON THE WEBSITE APPLY TO ONE PERSON?

The price given on the website is the price for the whole apartment, for all persons staying there. The number of people who can stay in the apartment is given in the description of the apartment and in the reservation contract. If you are coming with a small child who can sleep with you on one bed then (up to a year) then such a minor does not count.

The price given on the website for the entire apartment applies to reservations from 7 days. For stays shorter than 7 days, the price is calculated individually. For settlements in PLN, the exchange rate in EUR shall be used on the day of booking.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The price includes:

  • Use of the apartment,
  • Preparation of the apartment for the arrival of Guests with bed linen and towels,
  • Cleaning after departure and washing bedlinen and towels.

 WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

  • Directions,
  • Meals (It is possible to buy meals at a restaurant in the building or in the vicinity). 
  • Additional cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay (service can be ordered on site at the office).
  • Tourist tax.

 DO I PAY SOMETHING EVEN ON SITE?

No. On site, I leave the office only a deposit (deposit) in the amount of EUR 50, which is refunded to you on the day of departure by our employee at check-out.

 APARTMENT BOOKING

 HOW CAN I BOOK AN APARTMENT?

Just search for the apartment you like. An additional convenience for you is the opportunity to see several apartments in the same building, if you are traveling with friends, family or just a larger group. After choosing the apartment, click BOOK and the application form will come to our company. After receiving the message, the employee will check the reservation and will contact you individually. 

IS THERE A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION?

Yes. You will receive an email from an employee during the day. Sometimes messages can go to a directory in the mail called SPAM - please also see there if the message from our site will not come too long. If you don't have anywhere above the message, please contact us by phone and via email.

What is important! Only after confirming the reservation, do you pay for the apartment. After receiving and posting the payment on our accounts, you receive confirmation. And just before arrival you will see REMINDER - which our guests like, because this is the time when your holiday is coming. And nothing is as pleasant as the upcoming vacation!

DO I HAVE TO BOOK FOR 7 DAYS?

No. We do not have any stays or imposed days of arrival and departure. You can choose any number of days and come and leave any day of the week. The price is only calculated for 7 days and each subsequent day is a duplication of this price. Of course, you can arrive for less than 7 days, then the price is calculated individually.

CHANGES IN BOOKING

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF STAY?

If the same apartment is available at a different time, we will try to help. One change is free, another is subject to payment in accordance with the Regulations.

CAN I CHANGE THE BOOKING TO ANYONE OTHER, BECAUSE I CAN'T GO?

Yes, we will ask for the changes. We will change the contract. Please contact us by email.

CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

Yes. Please check the conditions of your reservation, it describes the cancellation conditions.

ARRIVAL TO BULGARIA

HOW DO I ACCOMMODATE AND WHERE TO GET THE KEYS?

The keys (or / and access cards) to the Apartment will be issued to the Visitor, Guest by an authorized employee of the Menada company in the PERSANI Complex, 8240 Sunny Beach, on the main street in Sunny Beach (for facilities from Sunny Beach, Saint Hatch, Elenite, Aheloy, Ravda) - getting to our office to collect your keys is very easy. Just open the Google Maps application on your phone and search for the name Menada Apartments or in the indicated places or in the complexes themselves, depending on the location of the Apartment. For guests going to Sozopol to Horyzont, Paradise Dune & Town House, South Pearl, Green Hils in the Sozopol City Center at the employee's; Regina Mare in Tsarevo at the reception at the Regina Mare hotel, Primea / Rocamar at the reception at the Regina Mare hotel. The keys to the apartment can be picked up at the earliest on arrival from 15.00 (Bulgarian time) to 22.00. In case of changing the place of key collection, the Visitor / Guest is immediately informed by electronic means before arrival.

SHOULD I INFORM YOUR ARRIVAL?

We will be pleased and we will be obliged. This is very valuable information for us. Preferably, two hours before arrival to prepare documents and keys for the apartment for you. If you would like to pick up your keys in the complex, please let us know. We will ask and make the total payment before arrival. We will also ask you to complete the data for registration of personal data for mandatory notification to the Bulgarian Tourist Register.

FROM WHICH CAN I BEGIN?

The keys to the apartment can be issued from 15.00. The stay lasts until a maximum of 11.00 on the day of departure. So 15.00-11.00 is the hotel day.

CAN I INSTALL EARLIER?

There is such a possibility, but two very important matters must be fulfilled. The apartment can no longer be a guest on this day and the apartment must be cleaned. If this situation exists, please contact us, we will be in your office sooner and prepare for the welcome and check-in.

WHAT TIME CAN I COME TO?

We wait for you until 24:00 free of charge. When checking in between 24:00 and 6:00 we charge an additional fee of 50 PLN.

Please remember that if your arrival is to be so late, please inform us in advance.

DEPARTURE FROM BULGARIA

HOW CAN I GIVE KEYS FROM THE APARTMENT?

Handing over the keys and leaving the Apartment for the keys (and / or access card) takes place from 7.00 at the latest to 11.00 (Bulgarian time), on the day of departure: from Aheloy, from Sunny Beach, Saint Hatch. Visitors, Guests, Owner wait in the Apartment for a colleague of Menada to jointly pass the premises and keys. Check-out time is determined with the employee at the accommodation.

In Regina Mare in Tsarevo, the key takes place at the hotel reception; in Primea / Rocamar at the reception of Regina Mare, in Sozopol for Horizon, Paradise Dune @ Town House, South Pearl, Green Hills in the apartment for an agreed time when checking in with a local manager. An earlier departure than 7.00 is subject to a fee of PLN 50.

CAN I LEAVE THE APARTMENT WITHOUT AN EMPLOYEE'S VISIT TO THE APARTMENT?

This is only the case for Tsarevo. A representative of the company must always come to the apartments in other places.

APARTMENT EQUIPMENT

 WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES THE APARTMENT HAVE?

All our accommodation units have similar standards. They are all very well located and beautifully equipped. They have swimming pools, parking spaces and automatic air conditioning. Each accommodation unit has an equipped kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Each apartment is equipped and furnished by the owner with the things specified below:

  • stove (ceramic) - 1 piece
  • fridge - 1 piece
  • kettle - 1 piece
  • a set of glasses - from 3 to 6 pieces
  • a set of wine glasses - from 3 to 6 pieces
  • cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons) - set (from 3 to 6 pieces)
  • set of kitchen knives - from 2 to 5 pieces
  • pots - up to 3 pieces
  • plates - from 3 to 6 pieces
  • soup plates - from 3 to 6 pieces
  • frying pan - 1 piece
  • litter bin - 1 item
  • dish dryer - 1 item
  • Tea cups (or cups) - 3 to 6 people
  • ashtray (smoking only on the balcony or terrace) - 1 piece not required
  • clothes dryer - 1 piece
  • TV - 1 piece
  • quilts and pillows - according to the number of sleeping places in the apartments
  • duvet and pillow cases and sheets - according to the number of sleeping places
  • towels - 1 piece for each sleeping place white
  • bath towels - 1 piece for each sleeping place white
  • Dustpan and brush - 1 piece additionally
  • Mop bucket - 1 additional piece

In some apartments you will also find an oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine. However, these are additional elements. It is worth checking the overall furniture and appearance of the apartment in the pictures of the apartment, which are presented in each apartment. Each apartment has its own individual photos presenting its furniture and visible equipment.

WHAT DOES STUDIO MEAN IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT?

The word studio is used in apartment descriptions because of the concept's existence in various countries, including Bulgaria.

STUDIO - can be used for 2.3 or 4 people. The studio is a studio apartment, i.e. one large room with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom (with a bath or shower).

Other room types in our accommodation base are:

2 ROOMS - of course 2,3,4,5 or 6 people can stay here. The two-room apartment consists of a separate bedroom, which usually has a large double bed and a living room, i.e. a living room with a kitchenette.

3 ROOMS - for 5.6 people. Three-room flats are very rare - two separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette.

VILLA - for 5.6 people. Ville, just like the 3-room flats, have two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.

IS THE BEDDING AND TOWELS IN THE APARTMENT?

Of course, a fresh set of bed linen and towels are always prepared for your arrival (one large bath and one medium for one person in the apartment).

IS THERE TOILET PAPER AND SOAP IN THE APARTMENT?

Yes. We are preparing such a package for your arrival. In addition, in the kitchen, we always try to have a sponge and washing up liquid.

IS THE KITCHEN EQUIPPED?

Yes the most. The basic equipment is described in the equipment. You can prepare a meal in the kitchen or drink coffee.

HOW DO I FIND AN APARTMENT FOR ME?

For this we have a search engine. It works intuitively. You must fill in each field in turn and a specific selection will appear. You can always choose again. If you don't have time to browse and are looking for something specific, write or call us. For us, creating such a proposal is not a problem.

IS PARKING NEAR THE OBJECT?

In most apartments, it is possible to park in the access streets next to the property. Some facilities also have underground car parks, for an additional fee. Details in this regard are always described in the description of the complex. If in doubt, please ask us.

WHERE CAN I BUY FOOD?

Many facilities have restaurants where you can buy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some objects even have the option of purchasing the All Inlcusive option. However, we highly recommend visiting the nearby restaurants, because the variety of Bulgarian cuisine is huge and worth discovering. Restaurants are located very close to the facilities and you don't have to bother finding them.

CAN I TAKE ANIMAL WITH ME?

It depends on the object. Please check the property description or contact us. You can often come with a small pet that is not difficult. It is also worth remembering that when taking our pets we must ensure that they do not walk alone in the complex, especially around the pools.

HOW MUST I TAKE MONEY?

It's best to buy a good exchange rate at your local exchange office in your town EUR. EUR is exchanged in Bulgaria preferably in an exchange office called CROWN. The friendly rate is 1.91 (the best is 1.95).

ARE THE BEACHES PAID?

No beaches are public and free. They are often divided into zones with chaise lounges, where lessees require deckchairs fees and deck-free zones, where we can spread where we want and with what we want.

ARE THE POOL CHAIRS PAID?

No. This is included in the price. The quantity in the pool area is of course adapted to the capabilities of the complex.

WHAT IS THERE?

The language used in Bulgaria is Bulgarian. Often the local community is doing great in Polish and Russian or English. Our employees in the office also speak Polish, English, Russian and Bulgarian. We are for you.
